The building changes the plan.
The Upper East Side includes co-ops, rental towers, townhouses, medical and office buildings, and ground-floor businesses. Building rules, neighboring units, service access, and the water source all matter before equipment is placed.
Co-op and condominium leaks
A bathroom, radiator, or appliance line can wet a ceiling or wall in the apartment below. We ask about access to both units, building rules, and whether the source has been repaired.
Townhouse lower levels
A wet cellar or garden level may involve finished rooms, stored contents, and building systems. Water category and electrical safety shape the first steps.
Commercial and medical spaces
Offices, practices, and shops may need access planning, inventory protection, and clear work records. We discuss operational constraints during the assessment.
Water spreading to another floor?
Tell us which spaces are wet, whether the source has stopped, and who can provide access. We will confirm crew availability and a free assessment by phone.
